Stay Fit While You Sit Review

For anyone who wants to loose weight and stay fit, but, ahem...
doesn't 'have the time' to visit a gym house, fitness center or even to do some exercises at home...

...you can now exercise while sitting at work, or while checking your emails or even while watching TV!

Most people sit for a certain portion of every day and use that as an excuse to avoid any form of exercise, or even trying to get fit.

But there are quite a few exercises that can be performed while sitting to help you keep in shape. In general these are mild exercises, which are beneficial to maintain lung capacity, maintain overall flexibility and possibly decrease joint pain.

Stay Fit While You Sit may be a great solution for some, and a painful offer to others, because there are no excuses anymore.

But if you're really serious you must be tired of knocking yourself out trying to find time to get to the gym, right? If so, why not get yourself in shape while sitting at your desk or playing the couch patato watching TV?

Get Fit While You Sit allows you to workout while you sit. Some of the exercises have to be done on the floor, so you'd better do these at home. Others can be done from your chair and thus can be easily executed at your office. They're quite easy, but serious enough to feel your muscles ache after a ful set of them.
It really is an easy way to get fit again.

There's no equipment you are expected to buy. Actually, the program provides some great ideas about working out using items from around the office and the house. Which makes it one of the cheapest ways to get back into fitness again.

The program was developed by an ACE certified personal trainer and fitness instructor, Jeff Ball, with over 15 years of experience. Many of his clients weren't able to free up enough time for personal training. That's how he was challenged with the question, "How can I work out even if I don't have time to make it to the gym?" So Jeff began researching and developing a full body workout that you can do right at home in a chair, sitting down, or in front of the TV.
